Simply Steampunk Challenges - Rip-n-Tear

It is time for the August Simply Steampunk Challenge.  This time we want you to Rip-n-Tear...really beat it up.  I am using the amazing Marie Back from Death from Simply B Stamps.  This image is perfect for my niece, Becca.  Her birthday is coming up soon and this is soooooo Becca!!!  I added a happy birthday sentiment on the inside.

I ripped the background paper, distressed the edges and rolled them up a bit.  Behind the paper is a layer of really old gauze that I pulled and tugged a bit.  I also used it for the bow.  I had a great time with this one.  I hope you all join in and have as much fun as I did.

Please head over to the Simply Steampunk Challenges blog and check out all the challenge details.  Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day.
