Hello everyone. It is time for another Corrosive Challenges challenge. This one is Halloween Colors. The sponsors are Aurora Wings and Simply B Stamps. I am using a beautiful image from Aurora Wings. I used green, orange, purple and black for my Halloween colors.
I must admit, this was a tough one. I wanted to make a birthday card for my sister and these are not really her favorite colors but I think it came out okay. I hope she likes it. Happy Birthday Rhonda! I am heading down to Kentucky in a couple of weeks to see her and my nieces and their children. I can't wait to squeeze those babies.
Please head over to Corrosive Challenges for all the challenge details and prizes. The rest of the design team did an amazing job so make sure you check out their projects.
Hi everyone. I have been slowing down a bit on the creative front. Way too much going on in my life right now. Just not enough time in the day for me anymore. I did manage to get this card done though. It is for the latest Corrosive Challenges challenge. I hope you like it. All the details are listed below.
Welcome to the latest challenge from Corrosive Challenges. We are sponsored by DILLY BEANS and I am using Deli Framed. We want you to use at least 3 things that start with a B on your project. I used black, button brads, black bling and bows. Since this is a triple b challenge, I decided to make this one for my favorite triple b...Bailey Bug Boggs.
Isn't she adorable? She started kindergarten this year. This was either day one or day two. She is really loving it. I love my Bailey Bug Boggs. She is my niece Rebecca's daughter. I could just eat her up.
Please head over to the Corrosive Challenges blog and check out what the rest of the design team has created for your inspiration. Thanks so much for stopping by.

Hello. It is time for another fabulous challenge from KennyK's Krafty Krew. My team isn't up for this one but I wanted to make sure you check out what the other team has created for your inspiration. Please head over to the blog and read all the challenge details. Have a great day.
It is time for the August Simply Steampunk Challenge. This time we want you to Rip-n-Tear...really beat it up. I am using the amazing Marie Back from Death from Simply B Stamps. This image is perfect for my niece, Becca. Her birthday is coming up soon and this is soooooo Becca!!! I added a happy birthday sentiment on the inside.
I ripped the background paper, distressed the edges and rolled them up a bit. Behind the paper is a layer of really old gauze that I pulled and tugged a bit. I also used it for the bow. I had a great time with this one. I hope you all join in and have as much fun as I did.
This was the first card I did in a long time where I didn't fussy cut. It just felt strange to me. I love to fussy cut and pop things up. I did pop the image up but not one bit of fussy cutting was done. I hope you like it. It was a busy day for me. I made 54 cupcakes for my husband's 50th birthday party. That really tired me out and I still have to clean up the mess so I will be brief. Please head over to Corrosive Challenges and see what the rest of the design team has created for your inspiration.
Hello hello hello. Time for another awesome release from Simply B Stamps. Woot woot!!! This time we have the super cute Jude Tricksters. Unfortunately, I only had time to finish one card but I just think all the images were adorable. I am sure I will play with them in the future.
I am featuring Little Ali Pumpkin. Isn't she a cutie pie? I couldn't resist doing a double googly eye treatment. This was just begging for it, plus I have about 15,000 pairs of eyes to use up.
Please head over to the SBS blog and check out what the rest of the design team created. They are all so amazing. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.

Woo hoo!!! It is time for another fabulous challenge from KennyK's Krafty Krew. The rules are the same as always...Anything Goes with a Twist. The twist this time is music. All the details are posted on the KennyK's Krafty Krew blog. Remember, you win more if you incorporate the twist.
I am using Madame Axe. I usually have a lot of trouble with Steampunk but I think this one came out pretty good. I am going to send this one to an old friend who just moved back to town after 18 years. I got to use 2 new items on this card, a die I won and some adorable, tiny gears and cogs I found online. One of my best purchases ever I think. I just love all the detail it adds to the guitar.
Please head over to the Krew's blog and check out what the rest of the design team created for your inspiration and then play along with us. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.

Hello everyone. I am so excited to tell you that I was asked to be a guest designer for Love to Create. The challenge this time is Fussy & Fancy or Clean & Layered. The sponsor is ArtbyMiran. I was given this beautiful image called Lillian to work with. I decided Clean & Layered would be the way to go with this one. The matted layer is popped up, the image is popped, the bottom row of flowers is popped up and I cut the bow off of the original image and layered actual ribbon instead.
As I type this I am celebrating the 4th of July with my family. I traveled from Ohio to Kentucky to be with them. My beautiful great niece, Bailey, said she wanted this card. I brought some cards down with me and I gave my niece and her husband 3 cards. I brought Bailey one that she had previously picked out from my blog. She saw the other 3 cards and was upset that she only got one. She looked at my cards and said this one was hers and she wanted 2 more so that she would have the most. She is 5. I just love her.
I hope you like the card and I hope you check out Love to Create and ArtbyMiran. Thanks to LTC for allowing me to create with them and thank you for stopping by. Have a great day.
Welcome to my blog. If you are here for the first time, thanks so much for checking out my blog. If you have been here before, thanks for coming back. It is time for the new Corrosive Challenges challenge which is Forever Young. All you need to do is create a project for a baby, child or just the young at heart. Our sponsor is A&T Designs, home of the Emerald Fairies. I was given this adorable image called Isabella to work with. She is so cute.
One of my nieces recently moved and she has three small children. I thought I would send this to them when they get all settled in their new home. They love to get mail. I cut Isabella out and popped her up. I added googly eyes as an inside joke for my cousin Candy who reads my blog. I couldn't help myself.
Please head over to Corrosive Challenges and check out what the rest of the design team has created for your inspiration. Thanks so much for stopping by.
Happy Almost 4th of July!!! It is time for another fabulous challenge from KennyK's Krafty Krew. It is the usual drill...Anything Goes with a Twist. Our twist this time is Dots & Stripes. 3 digis to the winner, 5 if you incorporate the twist. Also, the top 3 get a digi each. All the details are posted on the KennyK's Krafty Krew blog.
For my project, I made a Step Block Card. I found the instructions on YouTube. It is from Dawn's Stamping Thoughts. The link is here. I am using Fourth of July from KennyK Downloads. Since I had already colored this before I saw Dawn's video, I flipped the card around because my image fit better this way. My stripes are on the image and I added gems to the flourishes for my dots. FYI, the green on the top flouish isn't really green. The paper was shiny silver and I was wearing a green shirt when I took the picture. I hope you like it and I hope you join us for the challenge. Please head over to KennyK's Krafty Krew and check out what the rest of the design team created for your inspiration.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to quickly ask you all to head over to my cousin Candy's blog and checkout what she created with my sweet baby Sydney as her inspiration. Candy spent last week with me helping me, my sister, and niece clean and organize my studio. While she was here she went shopping in Sydney's studio (aka her craft cage) and took home some treasures. I just want you all to see what she, with the help of Sydney, created. It is just wonderful.
Please visit Candy's blog and leave her some love. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day.
