Return to the Dark Side

It has been quite a while since I made a card just because I wanted to make one.  And even longer since I made one a bit dark.  My sister told me there was a Gothic challenge going on at Craft Your Passion and I have been wanting to use this image for a while.  I got the image from Delicious Doodles and it is called Goth Guy.  It reminds me of Laurent from Twilight.  My background papers are from The Immortal Love collection by DCWV.  I don't know if you can see it very well but I also used my MS Drippy Goo punch around the image.

Even though this is a simple layout, I really like the way it came out.  I usually spend at least an hour and a half coloring my image.  The artist drew tons of shading already which made it go a lot faster. I cut the image and popped it up on SU dimensionals. I hope you all like it.

I am entering into these challenges:

Craft Your Passion - Gone Gothic
Simon Says Stamp - Layered
Party Time Tuesday #76 - Let's get punchy?
Joyful Stamper - Anything goes
The Poodles Parlour - Use a digi stamp
Stampalot - What's your crafty passion?
That Craft Place - Anything goes

Thanks for stopping by.

The image itself I don't care for. I'm not into all the creepy stuff. There are elements, though, that are magnificent. The coloring on the jacket - wow. Your choice of papers for the background - perfect. The face and hand skin coloring - amazing. Your talent and creativity just blows me away.

Your card is really great Rebecca, but afraid you have entered far more challenges than our rules allow at Stampalot.

Hope you can join in with another piece.
