I belong to a craft group called 3FC. We give each other challenges once a month. This challenge was to have a flag somewhere on the card. I found the background image online and layered the rest. I thought she was really cute! The digi i used for this is called Patriotic Patty from Sassy Studio Designs and she was colored with Copics. I also used some nestabilities.
