It has been quite a while since I made a card just because I wanted to make one. And even longer since I made one a bit dark. My sister told me there was a Gothic challenge going on at Craft Your Passion and I have been wanting to use this image for a while. I got the image from Delicious Doodles and it is called Goth Guy. It reminds me of Laurent from Twilight. My background papers are from The Immortal Love collection by DCWV. I don't know if you can see it very well but I also used my MS Drippy Goo punch around the image.
Even though this is a simple layout, I really like the way it came out. I usually spend at least an hour and a half coloring my image. The artist drew tons of shading already which made it go a lot faster. I cut the image and popped it up on SU dimensionals. I hope you all like it.

ReplyDeleteThe image itself I don't care for. I'm not into all the creepy stuff. There are elements, though, that are magnificent. The coloring on the jacket - wow. Your choice of papers for the background - perfect. The face and hand skin coloring - amazing. Your talent and creativity just blows me away.
