Where have the months gone?! It is already April. The good news is that there is a fabulous new release at Doodle Pantry today. How exciting! I am in love with the new parrots. I couldn't wait to start coloring this one. I thought about pairing it with the new Sombrero but I decided not to do it. The parrot is so cute I didn't want to mess him up. This cutie isn't available for sale until April 25th but you can get him free just for playing in our blog challenge.
I started coloring this cutie to match my little Rudy. He is a Senegal. Then he pooped on my shoulder so I decided to finish him like Sydney who is a Yellow-Naped Amazon. Then she flew upstairs (she isn't allowed up there) so I ended up just adding some red to finish it. I used Copics of course. So this parrot doesn't match any of my babies. I used another Quick Kutz Doily die on this one. Love them. It is so nice not to have to pick out all the little holes. The flourishes behind it are spellbinders.
Please head over to Doodle Pantry to check out all the great deals on these new images and other great ones. Thanks so much for stopping by.

Hi Rebecca, I was giggling when I read your post. I guess poop on your shoulder kinda does ruin the moment! lol!! Your coloring is totally awesome even though it doesn't look like either of your babies. =) Great card!
