This image is Birthday Rio and she is named after Betty's daughter Rio. Today is Rio's actual birthday so Simply B Stamps is holding a blog hop in Miss Rio's honor. Happy Birthday Rio!
I colored Birthday Rio with Copics. I added some glitter glue here and there plus some Diamond Glaze on her glasses. The ribbon is generic. I also used MS around the page punches.
