Corrosive Challenges #206 - "B" Unique

Welcome to the latest challenge from Corrosive Challenges.  We are sponsored by DILLY BEANS and I am using Deli Framed.  We want you to use at least 3 things that start with a B on your project.  I used black, button brads, black bling and bows.  Since this is a triple b challenge, I decided to make this one for my favorite triple b...Bailey Bug Boggs.

Isn't she adorable?  She started kindergarten this year.  This was either day one or day two.  She is really loving it.  I love my Bailey Bug Boggs.  She is my niece Rebecca's daughter.  I could just eat her up.

Please head over to the Corrosive Challenges blog and check out what the rest of the design team has created for your inspiration.  Thanks so much for stopping by.

Simply Steampunk Challenges - Rip-n-Tear

It is time for the August Simply Steampunk Challenge.  This time we want you to Rip-n-Tear...really beat it up.  I am using the amazing Marie Back from Death from Simply B Stamps.  This image is perfect for my niece, Becca.  Her birthday is coming up soon and this is soooooo Becca!!!  I added a happy birthday sentiment on the inside.

I ripped the background paper, distressed the edges and rolled them up a bit.  Behind the paper is a layer of really old gauze that I pulled and tugged a bit.  I also used it for the bow.  I had a great time with this one.  I hope you all join in and have as much fun as I did.

Please head over to the Simply Steampunk Challenges blog and check out all the challenge details.  Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day.

Corrosive Challenge #205 - Birthday

Hello all.  It is time for another fabulous challenge from Corrosive Challenges.  This time we want to see your birthday cards.  Our sponsor is Sami Stamps.
$12 Gift Certificate
This was the first card I did in a long time where I didn't fussy cut.  It just felt strange to me.  I love to fussy cut and pop things up.  I did pop the image up but not one bit of fussy cutting was done. I hope you like it.  It was a busy day for me.  I made 54 cupcakes for my husband's 50th birthday party.  That really tired me out and I still have to clean up the mess so I will be brief.  Please head over to Corrosive Challenges and see what the rest of the design team has created for your inspiration.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

Jude Tricksters Release!!!!

Little Ali Pumpkin

Hello hello hello.  Time for another awesome release from Simply B Stamps.  Woot woot!!!  This time we have the super cute Jude Tricksters.  Unfortunately, I only had time to finish one card but I just think all the images were adorable.  I am sure I will play with them in the future.

I am featuring Little Ali Pumpkin.  Isn't she a cutie pie?  I couldn't resist doing a double googly eye treatment.  This was just begging for it, plus I have about 15,000 pairs of eyes to use up.
Please head over to the SBS blog and check out what the rest of the design team created.  They are all so amazing.  Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.

KennyK Challenge #177 - Music

Woo hoo!!!  It is time for another fabulous challenge from KennyK's Krafty Krew.  The rules are the same as always...Anything Goes with a Twist.  The twist this time is music.  All the details are posted on the KennyK's Krafty Krew blog.  Remember, you win more if you incorporate the twist.

I am using Madame Axe.  I usually have a lot of trouble with Steampunk but I think this one came out pretty good.  I am going to send this one to an old friend who just moved back to town after 18 years.  I got to use 2 new items on this card, a die I won and some adorable, tiny gears and cogs I found online.  One of my best purchases ever I think.  I just love all the detail it adds to the guitar.

Please head over to the Krew's blog and check out what the rest of the design team created for your inspiration and then play along with us.  Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.
